1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Angira Jyotish (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service provides astrological computations (KP and Vedic systems) together with AI-assisted interpretations. Astrological guidance offered through the Service is for cultural, educational and reflective purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial or investment advice, and must not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional counsel.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase tokens or redeem tokens on this Service. You are responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time and place); the quality of any chart or reading depends directly on the accuracy of the data you provide.
4. Token System
Paid features are unlocked through tokens. A token is a prepaid entitlement to run a specific service (or a fixed number of runs in credit packs). Tokens are normally valid for 12 months from the date of issue and expire after that period unless stated otherwise. Tokens are not currency, carry no cash value, and cannot be resold. A token is deemed consumed once the corresponding AI answer or report has been delivered.
5. Payments
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) and charged through authorised payment gateways. Applicable taxes are included or indicated at checkout. All purchases are digital and delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.
6. Free Services and Fair Use
Free features, including the complimentary Darshan question, are limited to one per person/device/email unless explicitly stated otherwise. Automated access, scraping, resale of free entitlements, or any attempt to circumvent usage limits is prohibited and may lead to suspension of access.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, methodology, reports and generated answers remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the outputs you have purchased for personal purposes. Copying, republishing or commercial redistribution of outputs without written permission is not allowed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on astrological guidance provided through the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Decisions taken on the basis of any reading are entirely your own responsibility.
9. Suspension and Changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including pricing and available services, with reasonable notice where practicable. We may suspend access of any user found misusing the Service, abusing other users, or violating these terms.
