What the 1-business-day delivery promise means, the same-day delivery condition and your responsibilities — clearly, with no hidden promises.
The Same-Day Delivery Rule
If you send us your complete details and all requested life-event dates (with evidence fully complete) between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, we will finish your BTR analysis and deliver the report the same day.
If the evidence is incomplete, dates arrive later, or submission happens after 10:00 AM, delivery may take until the next business day — and we will clearly tell you when to expect your report.
1. What "1-business-day delivery" means
- The 1-day clock starts after your evidence is complete — not at payment.
- Business day = Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays/public holidays).
- Complete details = birth date, time window, place, physical indicators and life-event dates from the checklist.
2. Accuracy & your data
The quality of the verdict depends on the accuracy and completeness of the birth details and event dates you provide. Events are never wrong — human clocks are; so send dates as precisely as you remember them, and honestly mark anything as approximate.
3. Confidentiality
Your details, events and report remain 100% confidential. Your data is never shared with any third party.
4. Professional assessment — not a guarantee
BTR is a professional KP/KSK based astrological assessment. The mathematics is transparent, but like any astrological service it cannot be treated as an absolute guarantee.
