Refund Policy

At Angira Jyotish, we aim to provide clear, accurate and timely astrological services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy.

If a service has not yet been started — meaning no analysis or report work has begun — a full refund may be requested within 7 days of payment. Contact us with your order details and we will process the refund.

If a service has been partially completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed. The decision will be made in good faith, considering the time and effort already invested.

If a service has been fully delivered — including completed reports, consultations or delivered products — no refund will be applicable. The deliverable has been provided as agreed at the time of order.

For consultation sessions, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
