These terms govern your use of the Angira Jyotish website and the astrology services we provide. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, using our services or sending a service enquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services we provide
Angira Jyotish provides interpretive astrology services, including birth-chart analysis, horoscope reports, KP horary consultations, matchmaking guidance, muhurat guidance and numerology readings.
These services are delivered as consultations and as written reports prepared from the information you provide. The scope of each service, its delivery format and its availability are shown at the time of order and in our report samples.
Disclaimer — interpretive guidance
Astrology is a traditional interpretive discipline. The reports, consultations and guidance we provide are offered as interpretive guidance and insight, and they are not a guarantee of any specific outcome.
We do not promise or imply certainty, guaranteed results, cures, or predetermined outcomes for marriage, wealth, career, health or any other matter. Your decisions remain entirely your own, and you are responsible for acting on any guidance you receive.
No medical, legal or financial advice
Our services do not replace professional advice. Nothing on this website or in any report is medical, legal, financial, investment or psychological advice.
If you need help with a medical, legal, financial or emergency matter, please consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Payment terms
Prices for paid services are shown at the time of order and are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to update pricing for future orders, but the price shown at the time of your order remains valid for that order.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and PayPal. We do not see, store or process your full card or banking details, as described in our Privacy Policy.
An order is confirmed only after payment is received and the order details are accepted. If payment cannot be authorised, the order will not proceed.
Refund and cancellation
Our refund and cancellation terms are described in our separate Refund Policy. In brief:
- If a service has not yet been started, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of payment.
- If a service has been partially completed, a partial refund may be considered in good faith.
- Once a report has been fully delivered, no refund is applicable because the deliverable has been provided.
- Consultation cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or refund; late cancellations or no-shows may not be.
Order processing and delivery
Once your order is confirmed, we begin work using the birth details and information you supplied. Please make sure your details are accurate before submitting your order.
Most reports and consultations are delivered electronically by email or download. Delivery takes place within the timeframe stated at the time of order. If any required information is missing or unclear, we will contact you before starting.
Report samples and accuracy
Our Report Library shows sample reports so you can understand the format and style of our work. A sample illustrates the format only; it is not a promise that your report will be identical in scope, length, content or timing.
We take care to prepare accurate and thoughtful reports, but astrology is interpretive rather than exact. We do not claim that any report, calculation or prediction is infallible or guaranteed.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, report layouts, design and calculations — is the property of Angira Jyotish and is protected under Indian and international copyright law.
When you purchase a report, you receive a personal licence to read and use it for your own purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or republish a report, or any part of this website, for commercial or public purposes without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angira Jyotish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any decisions you make in reliance on our services.
Astrology services are offered as interpretive guidance only. We are not responsible for outcomes in your personal, professional, financial or health matters that arise from decisions you make, with or without our guidance.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law or our practices. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above.
Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
