We collect information directly from you through the contact form on this website and through enquiries you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

• Contact form: when you write to us, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, subject, chosen service topic and message.
• Service enquiries: we receive only the personal and birth details needed to understand and respond to your request.
• Email and phone: when you contact us directly, we keep the correspondence needed to answer you.

Contact-form submissions are stored in a SQLite database that is kept outside direct public web access. Access to this information is limited to authorised staff who need it to reply to you.

Information shared during a service enquiry is stored only as needed to respond and provide support. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we never sell or rent your data.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including secure connections, restricted access, input validation and abuse controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely infallible, but we work to keep your information safe.

Payment data

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Razorpay and PayPal). When you pay, your card or banking details go directly to the payment provider over a secure connection.

We do not collect, store or process your full card number, expiry date or CVV. We receive only the payment confirmation and reference needed to link the payment to your order and to support refunds.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses a small, essential cookie to remember your language preference (English or Hindi). This cookie does not contain sensitive information.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell browsing data. Any future analytics will be configured to avoid collecting message text, birth details, order data or precise contact information.

• Our contact page embeds a Google Maps view; when you load it, Google processes limited technical data under Google's own policies.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
